It claims that bing supresss suggestions that are negative to microsoft. And they provide some compelling examples.

    So far this website has gotten NO attention from anyone……..

    None it’s invisible. Except for this note above, I get a comment about once a week. it’s all pro bing spam. I check it with akismet and every comment I get is spam.

    Seems that this site with NO audience is only visible to microsoft……
